Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Our first sessions are all about understanding you — what you’ve been through, what you’re carrying, and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll take time to explore your story, including past experiences, relationships, and any patterns that may be showing up in your life today. Often, this includes looking at how attachment experiences and past trauma may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in the present.
Together, we’ll create a thoughtful, goal-focused plan that feels right for you and aligns with what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My approach is collaborative and supportive, while also helping you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change. As we move forward, we’ll regularly check in to ensure therapy continues to feel helpful, supportive, and aligned with your needs — with the goal of creating lasting growth and a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and work toward a stronger, more connected relationship. Whether you're feeling stuck in repeated conflicts, struggling with communication, navigating life transitions, or wanting to rebuild trust, therapy can help you better understand one another and create meaningful change together.
In our work, we’ll explore patterns that may be showing up in your relationship, including how attachment styles, past experiences, and stressors may be influencing how you connect and communicate. Together, we’ll focus on building healthier communication, strengthening emotional connection, and developing practical tools to navigate challenges more effectively.
My approach is collaborative, balanced, and supportive of both partners, with the goal of helping you move toward greater understanding, connection, and a more fulfilling relationship.
Family Therapy
Sometimes, through our work together, we may identify past experiences or unresolved moments that continue to impact how you feel, think, or respond today. When this happens, trauma processing may be a helpful and appropriate next step to support deeper healing and lasting change. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as a trauma processing vehicle allows for clients to feel relief from many concerns at times in as little as 1-5 sessions (results can and will vary for each unique individual). ART is an evidence based approach in which the brain is reprogramming the way in which distressing memories and images are stored, so they no longer trigger debilitating physical or emotional reactions (How ART Works - Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
Trauma processing can feel different from traditional talk therapy. Because this work can be deeper and more emotionally activating, these sessions are typically booked for 90 minutes to allow enough time to move at a thoughtful, supportive pace. My priority is creating a safe, grounded environment where you feel supported throughout the process and leave feeling regulated and cared for.Learn more about Accelerated Resolution therapy here.
