Booking a therapy appointment is a step towards finding alignment with your true self.

We are happy to book a consultation to ensure you feel safe and comfortable in the decision to share your hope and begin the process of healing. 

Specializing in trauma processing and individual therapy, we are excited to begin the process of recovery with you, and look forward to our first meeting. Parking & Directions

Rooted Therapy & Wellness Practice is located in Heritage Square, at 8500 Macleod Trail SE, 4th Floor, Suite 4064.

Parking:
There are several parking options available:

  • Free two-hour parking is available directly in front of the building.
    Important: You must register your license plate using the QR code located in the lobby.

  • Parkade parking is available for a fee if you prefer covered parking.

  • Street parking is available in the surrounding community.

Building Access:
Please enter through the east side of the building. You’ll walk directly into the beautiful atrium — a welcoming space filled with tropical plants, ponds, and our resident turtle.

Follow the paved path through the atrium until you reach the glass doors leading to the North Tower elevators. Take the elevator to the 4th floor.

When you exit the elevator:

  • Go right through the glass doors

  • Turn right down the hall

  • Turn right again
    My office, Suite 4064, will be on your left.

There are multiple waiting areas throughout the space where you are welcome to sit and make yourself comfortable before your session.
